The unique thing about Jiu-Jitsu as a Martial Art is that, as the name suggests (Jiu-Jitsu means gentle art), is not only for people very well prepared physically. It was designed for every person to be able to do, no matter if they are strong or not, if they are small or big, Jiu-Jitsu will serve everybody.

Another great thing about Jiu-Jitsu is that it's never too late to start, because there is no age limit to practice this. So 3 years old kids or someone in their 70s can practice and have great benefits.
